FRIDAY, MAY 9
10-11 AM: Goalie Check-in
Noon-1:20 P.M.: Goalies on ice
4-5 P.M.: Player check-in
5-5:15 P.M.: Player/Parent Orientation
6:30-7:50 P.M.: Green vs. Black
8-9:20 P.M.: White vs. Gold

SATURDAY, MAY 10
9-10:20 A.M.: White vs. Green
10:30-11:50 A.M.: Black vs. Gold
Noon-1:20 P.M.: Goalies on ice
7-8:20 P.M.: Black vs. White
8:30-9:50 P.M.: Green vs. Gold

SUNDAY, MAY 11
10 A.M.-Noon: All-Star Game
Noon- : Player conferences

$300 per player
*Players MUST fax copy of USA Hockey
registration card prior to deadline
*You must obtain your 2008-09 USA HOCKEY CARD
prior to the June camp as per USA Hockey mandate.

REFUND DEADLINE: TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CAMP START

Player Checklist

• All fees are paid in full ($300 per camp)
• All the relevant forms are completed: Player profile form,
  USA Hockey waiver, USA Hockey consent, Medical history
  Proof of current health insurance (copy of card)
• Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of the player
• 2007-08 USA Hockey registration card
• Player must provide proof of current health insurance
• Have all required equipment including full face shield (18 & Under), visors, mouth guards, etc.
• Notify medical staff or trainer of physical conditions which may affect performance
• Report to camp in top physical condition
• Number of players per camp is limited. Policy is first-come, first-registered

TRYOUT CAMP REFUND POLICY: It is the policy of the Traverse City North Stars that no refunds of tryout camp fees will be issued unless requested no less than two weeks before the start of camp.
